D and I have been ticking off a long list of home improvements since we moved into our house over four years ago. One that has been on that list for a while is a plushly dramatic upholstered replacement for our current wooden headboard. From the
tutorials I've read and the videos I've watched it seems like a major undertaking, but after helping a friend get started on her own not too long ago, I think it's time to finally give it a go.
We'll call this the research phase as we rule out anything too girly (curvy tops) or overly tufted and try to settle on a design that's both attractive and achievable.
